Barry Iddles at Elk at Falls Creek is a stand out, stirring the resort pot last year with Shank Off lamb shank with mash nights, 12-inch breakfast toasties, Boner Thursdays (t-bone steaks), $20 mains, Sunday roasts and Eat the Pantry dry at the end of the season. Known for his ideas and design work with Share The Word Design Studio 2015 sees a second season of a marketing campaign for Elk at Falls. Driven by Barry’s ideas on what people really want to see in a traditional Australian Snowfields experience. A fantastic working relationship with his designer Josie Jones, Elk delivers a head turning campaign for 2015.

Whilst Barry is know for honest tasty meals, he is also known for his proactive approach to raising monies for Fareshare on behalf of Skinny Duck where recently the organisation raised $84,000 towards the Feed Melbourne Appeal.

Barry and his team at Sorrento Catering Company offer many years of experience in the food industry with expressions in food that will  have you in awe. Travelling often, Barry is exposed to many cultures and cuisine, in which he displays a photographic style memory for retaining the details of each dish. This knowledge is then carried  to his team who are able to deliver a wide range of dishes to suit any occasion or dietary requirement.
